Fire cause analysis of charging pile:

1. Poor heat dissipation: In order to ensure a good charging experience of new energy vehicles, most charging piles are DC fast charging type. Its charging current is large and its heat generation is high. Once the cooling hole is blocked or the cooling system fails, a vicious cycle will occur, resulting in electrical failure and fire.

2. Cable aging: the external insulation layer of the charging pile cable has accelerated the oxidation rate due to being at a high temperature for a long time, and the insulation performance has gradually decreased, and even some insulation layers have peeled off. Once the wire is touched or contacted with the metal shell, there will be short circuit, electric leakage and other conditions, resulting in local high temperature and fire.
